GAIL MARILYN WESTBURY (CLIFFORD EARNEST5, HERBERT HENRY4, ADONIRAM JUDSON3 WESTBERRY, CSA, MOSES2, MOSES1) was born May 10, 1949 in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada. She married MARTIN HOWARD BRUNTON August 31, 1968 in Shellbrook, Saskatchewan. He was born November 06, 1943 in Shellbrook, Saskatchewan.

Baskets of mixed flowers decorated the Knox United Church, Saturday, August 31, 1968 when Gail Marilyn, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Westbury of Shellbrook and Martin Howard, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Brunton of Shellbrook were united in marriage. Rev. D. Kilpatrick officiated.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride was radiant in a floor length gown of silk chiffon over taffeta. The fitted lace bodice featured pearls and lily point sleeves. The A-line skirt was centered with a hidden panel of chantilly lace with pearl embroidery. A floating train attached at the shoulder by a satin bow was embroidered with pearls on lace. She carried a cascade of yellow roses.
Miss Janice Westbury, sister of the bride was Maid of Honor. She chose a pale green sheath floor length gown of bonded crepe. Miss Linda Brunton, sister of the groom, was bridesmaid and Lori Verity was flower girl. They wore brunt orange sheath floor length gowns of bonded crepe. They carried a cascade bouquet of white shasta daisies, and Lori carried a white basket of of mixed flowers.
Attending the groom were Mr. Jim Arnett of Saskatoon and Mr. Jim McComas of Shellbrook. Scott Verity was ring bearer.
Ushering duties were preformed by Mr. Glen Westbury, brother of the bride and Mr. Blair Sterling, both of Shellbrook. Mrs. D. Kilpatrick presided at the organ.
At the reception held at Knox United Church Hall, the bridal table was centered by a three-tiered wedding cake trimmed with white doves embedded in white tulle a orange rose buds. Pink steamers and white bells completed the table decorations.
The bride’s mother received the guests wearing a blue printed chiffon dress with matching blue hat and white accessories. The groom’s mother chose a blue lace ensemble with white accessories.
Miss Faye Tomporowski was in charge of the guest book.
Mr. Jim Arnett was the Master of Ceremonies. Mr. Ray Verity gave the toast to the bride.
Telegrams from Calgary and Zealandia were read.
Following the reception a dance was held in the Elks Hall.
For a honeymoon trip to Waterton Lake and other points West, the bride chose a deep purple fortrel coat dress with black patent accessories and a rose corsage.
Mr. and Mrs. Brunton will reside at #7 Varcity Motel 312-108th Street, Saskatoon, Sask. where the groom is continuing his studies at the University of Sask. and the bride is a secretary at the University.

i. STACEY ANN BRUNTON, b. March 10, 1973, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
ii. STEVEN TODD BRUNTON, b. July 06, 1975, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
iii. CARMA RAE BRUNTON, b. August 03, 1978, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
