I think if you check the 1930 oregon census you will find it is Dorothy Lucinda “Dora” Westberry that married Earl J Brown and not her daughter Dorothy Lucille Nugent. Earl, Dorothy and step daughters – Cleo and Beulah are living with them. Earl and Dorothy “Dora” are also listed in the 1940 Census. Dora was born 1882 in Wisconsin. Earl J Brown died 19 Apr 1969 in Oregon and lists his spouse as Dora.
