Obituary of Herbert Westbury
Herbert Westbury, a well known farmer of the Beverly district, passed away on Tuesday afternoon at the Swift Current Hospital. Mr. Westbury has lived in Beverly for a number of years and has recently moved to Swift Current. The service was conducted by Rev. J. C. Schissler at Warren’s Funeral Home. Mr. Westbury is survived by his wife and three sons, Bob, Roy and Cliff.
Burial: Mount Pleasent Burial Park, Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

Notes for HELENA PEDERSON:
Mrs. Helena Westbury, Swift Current, Sask., passed away at Swift Current Union Hospital, May 8, 1965, at the age of 86 years. Funeral services were held from the Chapel of Warren’s funeral Home, Tuesday, May 11, at 2 p.m. with Mr. Jack Ross officiating. Warren’s Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Pallbearers were William Marsh, Jack Renoff, Joe Swansey, Collin Campbell, Arthur Williams and Edward Thick. Interment was in Mount Pleasent Burial Park, Swift Current, Sask.
She is survived by four sons, Howard, city, William, Portland, Oregon, Roy, Zealandia, Sask., and Clifford, Shellbrook, Sask., 17 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, two sisters and two brothers. She was predeceased by her husband Herbert, in 1948, two daughters in infancy, two sons, Robert in 1960 and Ernest in boyhood, and two sisters.
Mrs. Westbury was born at Centreville, South Dakota, U.S.A., November 20, 1878, immigrating to Canada in 1916, to settle in the Beverly district. She came to Swift Current from Beverly in 1947. She was a former member of the Beverly Homemakers Association.
