Shirley Mullen was my grandmother and William was my grandfather I never got to meet or know anything of. My mom, Teresa, his only child, now has dementia and doesn’t remember and I really want to know this part of my family roots. Please contact me

Can someone please contact me. I have so many questions and would like to connect with someone from the Westbury side of the family. My grandfather is William (Bill) Westbury and he died when my mom-his only child, Teresa was only 16. My grandmother Shirley Mullen has been gone years now and my mom has dementia and I would love to learn about this part of my heritage. I am Brenda Ohman, the only child listed at Teresa and Gordon Ohman’s but there are 3 of us and a grandchild. I would love to connect with someone who can tell us more of our late grandfather we sadly never got to meet or know of his family. Many thanks and love sent in advance.
Bill was about five months older than my mother, Audrey Anne Blumberg Quesnel. They started school together though they didn’t continue together. When I was a child, we lived across the street from the Mullins family here in Edmonton and Terry and I were playmates. Mrs. Mullins was a lovely person and very good to me, and one Christmas Shirley made a whole wardrobe for my favorite doll. Mom just told me she and my dad stood up for Shirley when she married Stan Bailey.
❤️❤️ sounds just like my grandma Shirley. My mom shared with me many stories of had made clothes made by my grandma by hand- not just for her dolls but my mom’s clothes too…I wish I got my grandmas talent for that ❤️
I would love to hear more about my grandparents when your mom and dad knew them. If we could connect outside of this on the email I have so it’s more private for all of us that would be great. I would love to hear all you and your mom remember of my mom and her parents and grandparents. Thank you so much for you what you have shared already. It made all of the grandchildren of Bill and Shirley smile ❤️
