Rabun Westberry

RABON WESTBERRY (RABON KNIGHTEN3, RABUN2, MOSES1) was born August 1895 in Georgia, and died 1938 in Georgia. He married EDNA WILSON September 28, 1914 in Wayne Co, Georgia. She was born September 12, 1901 in Georgia, and died November 07, 1976 in Wayne Co, Georgia.

We, the Jury, find that sufficient proofs have been submitted to our consideration to authorize a total divorce; that is to say, a divorce vinculo matrimonii, upon legal principles between the parties in this case. This the 17th day of November, 1930.
